Originally from Luverne, Minnesota, Bailey graduated high school there before continuing his football career at Southwest Minnesota State University. His background in athletics shaped his work ethic, discipline, and competitive drive; qualities that now translate into his commitment to serving clients at a high level.

Bailey has a passion for entrepreneurship and continuous growth, always looking for ways to improve both personally and professionally. He brings energy, attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset to every project, ensuring clients feel confident throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, Bailey values time with his daughter Braleee, his significant other Bradlyn, and his close circle of family and friends. He believes that strong relationships are the foundation of both life and business—and that philosophy shows in every interaction.
