Design Specialist
Our Design Specialists travel to customers homes, educate them on AWESOME solutions, present samples, and get accurate measurements before presenting a quote to the customer.

Install Tech
Our Install Technicians are EXPERTS at installing blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and exterior patio shades. They remove old blinds + shades, install new window treatments, and service existing ones.

Design Tech
Our Design Technicians are a hybrid between our Design Specialist and Install Tech. They help guide customers to awesome solutions and then help by serving them through the install!

With the 605 Blinds Leadership Fund, we’re able to invest into upcoming and existing leaders, fine-tuning and developing them to make positive impacts in their own communities and ultimately having them raise up and develop others.
