A rechargeable wand with a button that lifts and lowers the shade. No cord at all.

Cordless Lift & Lock Child Safe
Press the button on the bottom rail to raise or lower, then let go and it locks in place. Available on Honeycomb Shades and Wood & Faux Wood Blinds.
TouchLift Cordless Child Safe
On Roller Shades, a slight pull on the bottom rail raises the shade on its own. Guide it down by hand.
Panel Track Wand Child Safe
Panel Track Shades open and close with one stationary wand, with no cord.
Wand Tilt
On Wood & Faux Wood Blinds, twist the wand to tilt the slats. Pair it with Lift & Lock for homes with children.
Plantation Shutters Child Safe
Shutters have no cords at all. Our composite shutters are cord free and GREENGUARD certified.

Which operating system is safest for a nursery?
Any of our cord free options: Cordless Lift, Cordless Lift & Lock, TouchLift, PowerWand or a motorized shade. Cordless Lift & Lock locks the shade in place when you let go of the button, which makes it a great option for homes with children.
Do Continuous Loop shades have a dangling cord?
A Continuous Loop uses a cord, but the loop stays the same length and a cord tensioner holds it so it doesn't dangle. If you have young kids, we'll recommend one of our cordless options instead.
Can you replace the corded blinds I already have?
Yes. We'll look at every window during your free consultation and give you a quote for new cord free window treatments on the ones that need them.
Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes. A Design Specialist brings samples to your home, measures your windows, and gives you a detailed quote before leaving. There's no charge for the visit, and you'll know exactly what your project costs before you decide.
